As a physician with over 35 years’ experience, Dr. John Latz, MD, MS, can help you in this process. Dr. Latz completed his graduate degree at Georgetown University and his medical degree at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine here in North Carolina. He has practiced in North Carolina since 1992 and is also licensed to practice in South Carolina. Dr. Latz, and his wife Elizabeth, were some of the first clinicians on scene after Hurricane Helene and utilized his amateur radio, aka “ham radio” skills as well during that period of time. He lives on a 37-acre farm in NC with his beloved wife, Elizabeth, and is the proud father of four grown children and member of his local Baptist church.
